This course deals with principles of advanced drug delivery systems available on the market. Scientific and technological advancement have led to the design of drug delivery system meant for precise delivery of drugs and improved therapeutic outcomes. The course also looks at key aspects of pharmaceutical marketing and its practice.
Aim: To equip students with knowledge of advancements in the field of pharmaceutics and the use of these advancements to design delivery systems for “problem” drugs. The course also equips students with skills required for pharmaceutical marketing in the industry.
